ProspectingPack (“we”, “us”) provides a subscription service that publishes information about businesses opening, relocating, and expanding, for use in business-to-business sales prospecting. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything done under your login. Seats included in a plan are for the people on your team named by the plan; sharing one login across a team beyond your seat count is not allowed. We require two-step verification (a code sent to your email) at sign-in, and we record sign-in and device information to protect accounts and enforce seat limits. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans may begin with a 5-day free trial (one per account); a payment card is required to start a trial. The trial includes the full service — every lead, with contact details shown. If you do not cancel the trial in the app before it ends, the trial converts to the paid plan you selected and billing begins automatically. Cancelling a trial ends it immediately and no charge is made. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to the billing period you chose, until cancelled. Annual billing is charged up front at ten times the monthly price for twelve months of access. If your plan covers one region (North Pack, South Pack, or West Pack), your access is limited to leads in that region; region changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Founding-cohort pricing stays in effect only while the subscription remains continuously active. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You agree to use the service and its data only for lawful business prospecting. You will not: resell, redistribute, or publish the lead data outside your own organization; scrape or bulk-download the service; use the data for consumer marketing, credit, employment, housing, or insurance eligibility decisions; or use contact details in ways that violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or privacy laws. You are responsible for your own outreach compliance, including honoring opt-outs.
Lead information is compiled from public records and public business listings and is provided “as is.” Businesses change plans, dates slip, and details go out of date; we work to keep the list current but do not guarantee that any lead is accurate, complete, or still available. A lead is a starting point for your own outreach, not a promise of a customer.
The service, its design, and the compiled lead lists are our property or used with permission. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active. Notes, lists, and other material you add to your account remain yours; you give us the limited right to store and display them back to you as part of the service.
We may update, add, or remove features and markets, and may change prices for future billing periods with notice to the email on your account. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost sales opportunities.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the data, or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, acceptable use, and liability — survive closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
